In this paper, a case of bilateral thyroid nodules with foreign body sensation and pressure in the throat was evaluated and diagnosed as bilateral multiple thyroid nodules.In view of the condition, a personalized TCM treatment - holographic scraping was developed. After TCM treatment, the patient"s symptoms were significantly improved.Holographic scraping of traditional Chinese medicine is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. According to the condition of the disease, the local and related holographic acupoints are selected one by one for the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.It can not only dredge the blockage of the meridians in the body, but also feedback the treatment of the viscera parts. The treatment process is more convenient and quick, and has a very good development prospect.
