objective to report a nursing case of ear tip bloodletting in a patient with wheat granuloma. Methods bloodletting was performed at the tip of the ear in the early stage of granuloma. Results Auricular acupoint bloodletting was effective in the treatment of early wheat granuloma and could effectively shorten the course of the disease. Conclusion Auricular acupoint bloodletting therapy is easy to master and less invasive, and can play a good auxiliary role in the treatment of wheat granuloma, which is worth popularizing in ophthalmology.
