This paper introduces the related assessment of delirium, combs the influencing factors of postoperative delirium of senile femoral neck fracture from many aspects, and summarizes the prevention and nursing of postoperative delirium of senile femoral neck fracture on this basis, which can provide reference for the prevention of postoperative delirium, the recovery of delirium and the improvement of the quality of life of patients.
