目的 探讨在新型冠状病毒疫苗注射过程中，利用注射器排气方法避免疫苗溶液外洒的措施。方法 在2021年1月29日—2021年1月30日采用方便抽样法选取990例接种者作为试验组，采用瓶内排气法；选取577例接种者作为对照组，采用常规排气法。观察排气时两组疫苗外洒的发生率。结果 试验组外洒发生率为0％，对照组外洒发生率为7.28％，试验组外洒发生率低于对照组发生率，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在注射疫苗中实施瓶内排气法，可有效降低液体外洒发生率，减少核酸污染，并可确保按规定剂量注射疫苗，同时操作简单易行，提高了护士的接种效率，具有较高的推广应用价值。
Objective Explore measures to avoid spilling the vaccine solution during the injection of the COVID-19 vaccine. Methods From January 29, 2021 to January 30, 2021, 990 vaccinators were selected as the experimental group by convenient sampling method, and the in-bottle exhaust method was used; 577 vaccinators were selected as the control group, and the conventional exhaust method was used. Observe the incidence of vaccine spillage in the two groups during exhaust. Results The incidence of external spilling in the experimental group was 0%, and that in the control group was 7.28%. The incidence of external spilling in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the data difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing the in-bottle exhaust method in the vaccine injection can effectively reduce the incidence of liquid spills, reduce nucleic acid pollution, and ensure that the vaccine is injected at the prescribed dose. At the same time, the operation is simple and easy, which improves the nurse""s vaccination efficiency, and has a higher promotion and application value.
