Abstract:Objective To analyze the emergency treatment and clinical nursing of 42 patients with traumatic fracture. Methods select our hospital from 2020 to 2021 as the research object of 42 cases of traumatic fracture patients, the diagnosis and treatment at the same time, in a timely manner to carry out the effective emergency treatment in patients with severe measures, such as surgical debridement and pressure bandage hemostasis, after waiting for remission of patients were randomly divided into two groups, in view of the common postoperative pain and limb swelling, The observation group received conventional nursing treatment, and the control group was compared with the observation group based on the treatment with Chinese medicine application and acupoint application of Chinese medicine. Results all 42 patients underwent surgical treatment, postoperative corresponding nursing response, and the nursing effect of the control group was significantly better than the observation group. Conclusion Correct emergency treatment combined with professional postoperative nursing guidance can improve the effect of diagnosis and treatment, and application of Chinese medicine and acupoint application after first aid treatment is more conducive to the recovery of traumatic fracture patients.
