Abstract:This paper summarizes the nursing experience of gastrointestinal endoscopy in an elderly patient without intubation general anesthesia, including the indications and contraindications of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy, preoperative psychological care, instrument preparation, dietary care, intraoperative nursing cooperation, postoperative nursing and other targeted nursing measures. Through the comprehensive nursing mode, full preoperative preparation, close surgical cooperation, and meticulous postoperative care ensure the success of gastrointestinal endoscopy for elderly patients without intubation under general anesthesia, reduce patient pain, improve patient diseases, and improve the diagnosis and treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of patients with digestive tract diseases.
