This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with dysphagia after stroke. The patient was given nutritional support through nasal feeding nutrient solution, and the physiological and psychological status of the patient was evaluated before the indignant gastric tube was placed. The method of lengthening the depth of the catheter was adopted during the catheterization, and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine mouth guard on the basis of routine nursing after catheterization significantly improved the nutritional status of the patient, and no complications of nasal feeding occurred. The use of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology acupoint massage to improve the swallowing function of patients, the nursing effect is satisfactory.
